If your check in time is outside office opening hours there is a very clear and easy procedure to follow. The keys to your chosen apartment and clear directions of how to get there are left in a safety box at our office on 4/2 North Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4HR. You will be informed of a four digit number that gains you entry to the front door and another four digit number that gains you entry to the box.
That means all you have to do is open the box and go to your apartment, which is sure to impress and delight you. All the apartments are located centrally and so is our office so there is never far to go. In case you experience any problems at all with this hassle-free check in procedure please be aware there is always a 24 hour emergency number you can call. This takes you through to a real individual who is based in Edinburgh and who has all the skills and knowledge to help you.
